I booked a stag do through Isla at the travel agents as the best man, and she made the whole process incredibly smooth from start to finish. Everything went exactly as planned, and she was so helpful—even when I messed up a few names and details along the way! Isla was patient, professional, and always quick to respond, which took a lot of the stress out of organising a big group trip. Would definitely recommend her and the team for any group booking or event—top-notch service!
I telephoned to ask a question about the Spain Travel Health Form, as I am slightly dyxlexic and was looking for verbal help. I was rudely rebuffed by a member of staff on the phone. She told me, as I hadn't booked with them that she couldn't help me, and hung up. Not at all helpful. Many Thanks. I wonder if a blind person knocked on the door and asked if this was the chemist, would he also be rebuffed and told that unless he had a booking with them that they couldn't help them? I Most certainly Not consider using the services of this Agency, and Will repeat my experience with them If I am ever asked to reccomend a Travel Agency. Thanks Again.
Didn't go but phoned the store. Very helpful lady, put my mind at rest about travelling to Gran Canaria.
They have been extremely helpful with the booking & cancellation (due to covid) of our holiday.
Had to cancel my holiday due to positive covid test result, weren't interested in helping, washed their hands of it, lost over 400 pounds...
