   I've been turned away multiple times for various different reasons as to why they can't take my parcels. One time, the assistant was 'too busy putting out chocolate bars' - her words.Today I was barked at across the forecourt by the manager that 'Evri's off' (?) When I pointed out that my parcels had labels, it changed to 'We're full'. The staff there are becoming quite famous in Bathgate for their rudeness and unwillingness to take parcels. Unfortunately there's a shortage of Evri parcel shops around here otherwise I wouldn't even waste my time attempting to drop off there!

   Took the parcel here with a pre printed label. The first excuse was, they can’t take it as the printer not working. I told the labels are already printed, no printer needed. Then the staff sent me away as “not enough space to keep the parcel”. Absolutely not interested to take any parcels.

   I do not recommend using this point. within a month, I lost 2 high value parcels at this point, they didn't even leave the store, declared as lost, the courier company does not refund the full amount they were worth. I am very disappointed .
