How does a major airline even do business with these people except as part of a scam. I’ve never seen a less motivated, more worthless organization. They won’t answer their phone or emails. They ignore things and allow their associates to essentially commit fraud. Horrible organization with no way to way to contract them or deal with issues.
Arrived for a 10 day golf vacation in Scotland. British Airways "lost" my clubs and assigned Eagle Couriers to dispatch my clubs to my hotel 15 minutes from Edinburgh Airport. I watched my airtag in my bag for delivery. The van went out and never made it to my lodging. I've called the Customer Service center and they stated my bag was delivered but I sent an attachment showing my bag was in their warehouse and not in my possession because of an airtag in my golf bag. We went to the storage facility where my clubs were located and even though the website says 24/7 service, that statement could not be further from the truth. I'm on day 6 of my trip and have had to buy shoes and rent clubs at all the courses due to Eagle Couriers ineptitude. I've called their Customer Service Department more than 40 times and sent countless emails that were never answered. Eagle Couriers have SINGLE HANDEDLY ruined a once in a lifetime trip to Scotland.
Totally unprofessional, our two suitcases were just stuck at their warehouse (West Craigs industrial estate, Unit 5, Edinburgh) for 6 days and they replied by phone that the luggages “were not in the system”, so we had to find out their address and come to look ourselves. Even there the guy was denying that they had our suitcases in storage, but I looked around and found them. This company should stop operating because they just do not deliver the luggage and are lying. After I took my suitcases- they created a fake delivery report to avoid liabilities. Looks like they know how to cover their tracks despite inability to do their job.
Reported items stolen out of my suitcase. Lynn the woman in the phone found it funny and laughed. Everything wasn't their doing. Avoid shocking customer service and suitcase broken into and items stolen in transit. They have no interest it dealing with my complaints.
Totally unprofessional, 1 star is too much. No interest in clients. Don't deal with this company.
These guys have been so helpful and nice to deal with organising deliveries around Scotland. Good to see a small business providing sort of customer the big firms don't.
Worst service ever. They’ve had our luggage for 3 days and no response from them. They don’t take phone calls. A total nightmare
Awaiting 2x days for our delayed luggage to be delivered via this company. Edinburgh airport confirmed courier to deliver our luggage on 20 Dec and 2x days later no response or contact. Unable to contact or get through telephonically to follow up and just stuck with absolutely poor service delivery!!
