    Failed delivery as according to Royal Mail “nobody at home” even though there was a house full. Also the 2 cars in the driveway would have suggested there was someone at home. My ring doorbell not activated & no calling card was left either, indicating no attempt to deliver was made at all. The following day I called the contact number which is not the local office & only available between 8-10am. After 30 mins waiting I spoke to a very helpful lady who apologised, assured me the delivery would go ahead today and registered my complaint by issuing an email with a reference number. She made the issue slightly better by the professional way she dealt with me but overall this really is an appalling service and really not good enough!

    I had to return an item that I had bought and quite frankly the company from whom I had made the purchase had made the returns procedure really complicated. When I took my parcel to the sorting office I was attended to by a young woman, Faye I think, who could not have been more helpful. She took control of the situation and sorted everything. She was excellent with such as pleasant persona and so understanding of my lack of knowledge about QR codes , mobile phones and technology. I would not have been able to complete the return without her help. Absolutely fantastic service and she is a real credit to the Royal Mail. Five stars at the very least.

    Failed to deliver our packages again, as they can’t seem to read the address on the parcels, which are clearly printed with a postcode and deliver items to another town.
