   Where the hell is my parcel it should have been delivered bybWednesday this 23rd July 2025 and it is still not delivered now still not delivered it's is now Friday 25th July 2025 at 17:54pm and its still. Not delivered I am fuming THIS IS NOT ACCEPTIBLE!!!!

   Honestly can’t believe how bad Royal Mail are now, never seen the like. 2 packages this week haven’t been delivered, website tracking is useless, phoned customer service, told packages would be redelivered the next day (wed and fri) still sat here without. Email complaints get blown off (lies about wrong address when they left a “something for you” card at my address, so must be right no?!?!) Honestly livid, never had worse service, DPD order this week arrived no bother. Pathetic,

   I asked for my parcel to be delivered to a neighbour but this was ignored so I went to collect at this 'convenient' office which opens between 8 and 10 am and closed Friday to Sunday. That makes collection difficult enough but it was closed due to strike action with no physical signage or assistance information regarding this. As problematic as they can be, the private delivery firms are now much more flexible and helpful.
