   It’s a 3 star shop per se, but there’s a certain women who works there who is very polite and friendly which made this a 4 star shop. I can’t remember her name but she’s beyond spectacular ❤️

   Plenty of choice of monsters and energy drinks in general, which were faced up nicely, cheapest bread is less than £1 at the moment, got some toys here and quite a few promo stands. Good service from Marie. 30p for a lettuce was a pretty good deal. Only downside is a clearance stand was blocked off by a loose drinks trolley.

   Nice friendly staff. Theres a young girl who works in Platt Bridge One Stop who is so friendly she is a credit to One Stop. An absolute pleasure to use this shop just to be served by her.

   Don’t order from here via just eat! Sent completely the wrong items and missing some items! When rang to complain the woman was rude and refused to replace the items that were wrong/missing. This place needs shutting down. Fuming ain’t the word

   I’ve only given 1 star because of the constant breaking down of machines/chip & pin/fridges and most often, the lottery. One member of staff said I could go on line to make my complaint- I did, to Head Office; though, I’ve not even received an acknowledgment of it. A member of staff days later told me, ‘The machines have nothing to do with Head Office’. That day, on crutches, with a broken back, I had to go out in the rain to the ATM to get cash- because the contactless didn’t work (again!) risking the spread of Covid. Generally, the staff are lovely; not all though! Some need a training in Customer care! Some of the prices are usurious! Head Office need to sort the machines and/or, contact the firms that should As for the member of staff that said it’s not up to Head office to sort things, disgraceful! Appalling experience last week!

   The prices are a bit of a joke but the staff are second to none. They do get a lot of rift raft come in so not the best type of environment on that note.
