Ginger worker was impolite and very smelly. Suspect he hasn’t showered in weeks. My four year old was repulsed by the smell of him which led to a very awkward conversation about body odour. In future would request he wear deodorant please to avoid repulsing customers. - A concerned customer
Placed what I considered to be a test order via just eat after seeing pretty poor results, unfortunately they all seemed to be correct. Order was missing an item, called up immediately and ask to swap, but was refused and said they cant/wouldn't do it. Ca. Confirm the online order route is a non-starter. Best only to use when visiting in person, online ordering is a gamble, might work but equally might not.
Back problems so not driving at the moment and the coop quick delivery is helpful - unless the driver doesn't show up. Big THANK YOU to Michael, when I rang to check where my delivery was he offered to drop off when he finished work. An employee going above & beyond for customer service. Handy shop to have on your doorstep and their own brand Tikka Masala sauce (500g) is excellent - just add spinach and you have a restaurant quality sag curry for 70p a jar!
Good handy shop for quick shopping when you running out of food but no good for a weekly shop to dear
Always clean and tidy. Doesn't feel claustrophobic like the coop on Liverpool Road.
A small to medium shop, good stock, polite staff.
It's local and handy if you need or run out of anything.
