Recently returned from Lakes and Mountains holiday in Saalbach, Austria and would like to commend James for advice and assistance given both on the phone and subsequently in store. Went into Clydebank store yesterday to change a booking and book another holiday. The process despite being lengthy, Kelsie was very patient, diligent and nothing proved to much for her to resolve. We went into the Clydebank branch to enquire about a summer vacation to Spain, we spoke to Kylie who gave us information on a couple of destinations that might interest us.
