Amazing customer service. This one worker Rohen helped me so much and aided me in all my needs. I will come in next week to buy some soil and will ask specifically for Rohen, he was so helpful - I believe he deserves a promotion. What a great shopping experience!
I came away with nothing unfortunately. When I've been before the service was excellent, but today it felt like the people serving me were rather dispondent and vague. One of them, a lady at the till, even seemed annoyed with me. I really try and support local shops like this one, but today I gave up and went to a chain store instead. Disappointing. I won't be back.
This store is brilliant. I used to go to B&Q as I thought 'no small store like this one will have everything I need', but I was wrong - for most DIY jobs, big or small, the have everything I've ever needed. Always. It's just brilliant, no wonder they're so busy. But there's more: last week I had few things to return but I had lost a receipt. This wasn't a problem, they helped and processed a refund - no receipt. I mean, which store would do this? I can not praise them enough. Solid 10/10.

The finest supplier of everything DIY in the house and the garden. I am so blessed by having a house near this shop. I visit quite often. The key is in the wide range of materials and tools combined with the finest staff who always have the time to help and between them, the best advice. I've never been sold something on their advice that subsequently turned out to be a mistake. Go and pay them a visit. I am sure you will not be disappointed.

Awesome shop. Always seem to have what I need, at good prices too. The wood cutting facility is brilliant, I've had to use it many times in the past.
Excellent, friendly and well stocked ironmonger and building supplies shop with very competitive prices. If they haven't got it they'll get it in for the next day. Handy having their own off road parking.
