   Called chemist for repeat prescription on Friday 12/9. 1st Mistake - On Wed 17/9 received a call from doctors surgery asking why I had requested some different medication (cant remember the name)as it was not on my records. I confirmed the normal 3 items and she said the chemist had made an error. 2nd Mistake - On Friday 19/9 I picked up my prescription. I opened the paper bag when I got home and along with my pills were 2 large boxes of co-codomol with someone else's name on it. Worse, at tge bottom of the bag was the womans repeat prescription with her name and address, doctors details and a list of all her medication. A breach of data protection.... I will be contacting my doctor to have my future prescriptions sent to another chemist.

   Poor service and getting worse. Never have prescription ready, even emergency ones and you have to chase it. Tell you to phone surgery etc. No wonder opinions on the NHS are going downhill.

   Very unfriendly and unhelpful new staff member and not good at all and too many mistakes to mention but getting made out as a liar about how much medication I am suppose to take and doing without my medication for a few days because they say they have not got it sent down from the doctors and they do have it there all that time. I think the best thing to do is to change my pharmacy to boots up the street

   Would give 0 but not possible; told to come for my 3 month olds cream they had plenty and got there at 20 to 6 waited 10 mins to be served to be told I’d need to wait till tomorrow now as they where closing? They don’t shut till 6 so lazy couldn’t be bothered to get her cream! Head office complaint made as girls behind the counter have stinking attitudes especially the older lady with the blonde hair and the young lassie with the black hair.

   I had a late appointment at the doctor's with my wee girl who had a bad reaction and as I went to put in the prescription the shutters were going down at 5.50pm and the kind girl Amy put it through in under 2 minutes for me rather than having me wait a full night to get it the next day. Thanks again Amy, my girl settled after having her cream and it's all because of your fast work and kindness xx

   Recently changed over to this Pharmacy and am very impressed with the service. Prescription was ordered and delivered on time. Much better than the Pharmacies in the town centre who won't even deliver.
