   Okay, the staff here are friendly, but the pharmacist who currently works here lacks understanding for people who really do have problems in dire situations, like when it comes to buying medicines that are somewhat addictive... Yes, I know I shouldn't have to visit so very often, but She doesn't understand that it's not My fault! Unless You suffer with medical pain Yourself, You'll never know what it's like...

   I have been to this chemist twice in my life and both times the staff have been very unhelpful. First time there was a bit que for prescriptions I asked if I’m buying something can I not wait at the till instead of prescriptions que which was very long they refused this and continued stacking shelves I had a young impatient baby with me and to see this and refuse a quick sale this isn’t good customer service whatsoever and don’t know why they can’t do a quick sale at the till you are meant to purchase goods at for one minute then go back to stacking shelves. The second time they refused to sell me pain killers without a pharmacist being there I don’t understand why they can’t give me pain killers without a pharmacist being there as it’s not like it was a prescription medicine.

   Just had the experience of a 10 minute wait at the cash desk where two staff members were busy but a male was stacking shelves with products in deference to a 5 public member queue waiting for to purchase goods. As this male walked past me twice I asked if he was actually seeing the queue in front of him to which his response was....only one staff to each job/position and walked away!! Without supplying any assistance. I served the public for 35 years and this kind of attitude, with no flexibility, lost business just like mine.

   I am disabled and was told to join a queue that were waiting for prescription before I could be served at the counter, I had to wait 25 minutes to get services.

   This used to be a great shop when Darl was the manager so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you now this new manager is rude not nice to customers or staff not happy with the service at all .

   Ever since Ronald left, the chemist has gone down hill with waiting times unacceptable. There are three servers with only one serving customers. It’s a disgrace.

   Was in store collecting prescription and staff member was telling another customer about £5 delivery charge. She did not explain cheaper option of year delivery charge or free if organised in line. Also no assessment was seemed to be made
