As you read the reviews it tells u everything . Chemist used to be the best in Motherwell now the bottom it’s the pharmacist fault not the two older ladies and I hope the pharmacist will not be there when it changes ownership.
Twice lost my prescription
After travelling quite a distance the pharmacist was out to lunch that’s of course not a problem but the staff member I felt was rude gave me no time when I should return as I’m not from this area I’m thankful there was a boots withstaff that has customer service training and a polite manner
Lloyd's pharmacy is the best to get your medicine the ladies are very nice and they are very helpful and very understanding to all you ladies keep up the great work be safe
