   They refuse to answer the phone and misplaced my repeat prescription meaning I cant get my heart tablets on time . There must be an ombudsman or overseer I can contact.

   this pharmacy constantly out of stock, every prescription picked up has a balance remaining. don't bother ask them to phone you when the item comes into stock because wasting time here. more staff than know what to do with but cant make a phone call. worst pharmacy around

   Getting through to the chemist that's beside Mossend surgery is an absolute nightmare. Been trying to phone them since Friday and every time I phone all I get is a voice message saying sorry the person you're calling is on another call. The doctors can't even get through to them. It's an absolute disgrace.

   Slow service . prescriptions rarely available same day even if urgently required by the doctor or paitent your told to go somewhere else. Staff very unhappy and sad looking apart from one who couldn't be more helpful
