Never answer the phones. I have tried to call for a whole week everyday for my prescription. This increases queues as I have had to go round most days instead of a simple phonecall

Anytime I need advice from pharmacist. They never bother to come out and listen. They simply say, go and visit doctor. Not happy at all. I have to go to boots in Newarthill every time when I need advice for minor problems.
Being my local boots, the staff are loverly here. The staff are very professional, and always friendly when you come in store, even though this is a small store, they are very quick even in the pandemic to get your prescriptions sorted, very clean shop as well, and 10 out of 10 for safety measures on how many people can be in the store at once. With the covid restrictions. Lastly I will say very professional, very polite, boots goes high on my priority for not only safety guidelines for themselves and customers, but also for there training, professional approach and mostly, the way they treat you personally.
