They rarely have basic prescriptions, keep getting told to try somewhere else. Very limited of over the counter medications and again get told to try another pharmacy. Highly recommend to avoid this pharmacy and go straight to another.
Nightmare pharmacy to deal with. Slow collections from surgeries. Repeated ‘IT issues’ causing inability to issue prescriptions. No stock of basic medications.
Although I agree with previous reviewer "a jk81" in relation to large corporate businesses ruining UK businesses, this is not the case at Lloyds Pharmacy Chapelhall. The Pharmacy is operated as a small busy village Pharmacy and possesses the welcoming, efficient, helpful and caring qualities you would expect to find in any small independent Pharmacy. Of course there is a large 'Lloyds Pharmacy' sign outside, but that is quickly forgotten when stepping inside. 'a jk81' should consider adhering to the GPhC standard 6- calling for pharmacy professionals to act with honesty and integrity- before leaving false negative reviews about a competitor and fellow Pharmacy team.
Want to thank the staff for delivering my medicine yesterday as I didn't no how I was going to get it as I am in lock down so thanks again Helen wilson xx
It's a chemist with all that you'd expect in a chemist's shop. Quicker service than most. Although parking at school times maybe a nightmare.
