   Shocking service this is second time the counter assistant wouldn't sell me an over the counter cream had to go to loydes to buy it and may i add i bought it no problem the short grey haired receptionist get a kick out of refusing to sell you an over the counter products even when you tell her you've used for years what you know cures your illness won't be back am aware of duty of care but she's losing you money I was in discomfort longer than I had to be because of her controlling attitude please be aware this is happening in your branch

   Used to offer a great service but fed up with prescription having to be ordered even though I order early and never in stock, told to come back in a couple of days, only to be told they have to order it in, back again days later to be told the same thing. It happens every month. I also can have GP surgery sending prescription to Deans only to be told by Deans they don't have it then I have to go back and forth between GP and Deans. I've had enough and will be switching to another pharmacy

   I know the good reviews they get and the staff are friendly and helpful in shop but I have been given prohibitive repeat notification requirements at the counter, that combined with my mental health make it hard for me to get my prescription and I run out of my anti depressants frequently. It can lead to me being ill. You cant order your repeat prescription over a week away and I've been told it can take 3 or 4 days to get it after you order it. With the weekends that the GP isn't open that gives me 1 to 2 days where if I forget or get distracted which with my mental health I often do, I don't get them on time. It doesn't make sense to me yet I had the exact same problem with my previous chemist service and I'm worn down from being treated like this.

   Phone on saturday for repeat prescription told to collect on Wednesday then told they phone on Thursday, never phone,I phone on Friday morning and told no prescription had came from the doctor,had to phone doctors and get prescription done for collection will phone Chemist late afternoon to see if it is there

   Service is always excellent, and no long waits! If they don't have your prescription bag ready the most you need to wait is 5 minutes for them to get it sorted. Staff is super helpful and friendly too. I always use this pharmacy even though there's other ones closer to me, because it's simply the best in the area.

   Specifically asked for strawberry calpol as I had ran out an daughters temp was sitting at 39.5. bought it an ran out to car to give her it an she's like mum what's with the colour he gave me blooming orange she won't take. They refused point blank to change it cause it was open. Times are hard enough they wouldn't have missed 8.50. then she had cheek to point to the box as it said orange yes I should have checked but my daughter was in car running a high temp a was in a rush but same goes for one who served me he should have checked it was what I asked for. Livid x had to add to this as wouldn't allow me to put another comment up, thanks so much to the owner of the pharmacy who got everything sorted an couldn't have been nicer about it all x

   The Staff are exceptional, always professional and helpful, The service provided is fast and efficient. I am on repeat prescriptions and have regular contact with the staff who go the extra mile for customers. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
