Not the best service of all the Boots stores locally and often medicines are our of stock. It's late opening hours are good however.
Absolutely excellent. Your pharmacists in the shop are fantastic with me. Umair was absolutely brilliant i go in everyday for my medication and umair even though i havnt seen him for a while noticed a reduction in my medication. Absolutely brilliant. The female chemist's who's names escape me at present, too are excellent. Thank you..
The best experience I have had at a pharmacy. I was anxious about going in to see the pharmacist given previous horrendous experiences elsewhere but both staff I spoke to were polite professional and friendly. The pharmacist was outstanding and put me at ease despite feeling uncomfortable talking about what I was there for. Thank you so much.
Absolutely terrible service, they don’t answer the phone and when you go to the pharmacy you’ve to wait 45 minutes to an hour to get a prescription. At times the prescription has been with them for 3 and 4 days yet they still tell you the items aren’t in stock. There’s always a queue yet the staff always appear to be spending more time standing about talking to each other. Worst chemist in Airdrie. Boots are really needing to take a look at the staff and the “service “ they’re offering the public. With the service on offer they would be as well closing shop.
I stood for 45 minutes waiting to be served, only to be told several items were out of stock and told to return next day. The assistant was very polite.
Although they are under staffed and busy. I cannot comprehend the logic of the pharmacist when I called in to try and collect 2 prescriptions yesterday. The pharmacist told me my wife's prescription was not made up yet but that he would do it for me. He then told me that my prescription was there but again not made up and that he would NOT make it up and I would have to call back for it in the next few days. When I asked why he said they had the items but were too busy. I waited 20 minutes for my wife's but had to leave without mine because he refused to make it up. Don't understand his logic. Maybe someone from the company could explain why.
I was waiting for half an hour to pick up a prescription - that isn't the issue though. I was waiting for 25 minutes, popped out for 5 after waiting ten because of severe social anxiety. The first woman I spoke to was lovely, but the second got snippy because I missed my name. Not one member of the public was wearing a mask or obeying social distance rules, kids were coughing on everything and it is a tiny pharmacy. This is why I had to go somewhere else for 5 minutes. Not great for someone with mental health issues.
