   Prescription constantly wrong or never on time.Must be really dangerous for some people with heart conditions etc.Think a few of them think its a joke like the blank curly haired one and umpteenth chemist

   Have been collecting my sons and my mums medication here for a while and staff are always friendly and helpful. On my sons prescription it says flavour not specified for my sons paediasure but staff always make sure they order in the vanilla one as that’s the only one he will drink due to his extreme restrictive eating. They also help me out to the car and carry my son’s prescription which is 150 bottles so it’s a great help to me. The pharmacist has now arranged for it to be delivered so I didn’t have to manage carrying it all back in when I get home. Ive also used this pharmacy for minor ailments and staff are knowledgeable. When my mum was having problems with a certain brand of her medication they gave her a different brand that she preferred. I don’t live in clarkston anymore and live closer to other chemists but I still use clarkston pharmacy as I’ve had no issues with them.

   Staff do not even check if prescription ready on shelf, just use excuse that they have havent received from surgery 80 year old parents having to go down 3 or 4 times to get urgent medication, service is disgusting, DO NOT USE !!

   There is currently a shortage of liquid penicillin at the moment but my Dr advised me that a chemist can provide the tablet form and I could crush it up and disguise it in food for my baby daughter who is quite unwell. When I arrived I presented the prescription it was barely glanced at before I was told no we are out, I then said I was advised that I could get a tablet form.. the pharmacist said there is no tablet form of this (I know this to be absolutely untrue as a chemist has now given me the exact thing) I am not upset about the shortage or their lack of supply I completely understand but I am upset about the way I was spoken too and looked at by the staff. I was polite and friendly and there is a way of saying things to people. Sadly the customer service I received today was appauling at an already stressful time.

   I've just recently started using this chemist and when my prescription runs out I will not he back. Spending £10 a pop on taxis for them to either miss items then deny and say they were given out with not even an apology from anyone behind that counter. My uncle has went to his local mp as no one ever seems to be held accountable for there actions, the owners are just money grabbing bams. DO NOT USE THIS CHEMIST FOR ANYTHING. also heavy covod hot spot.

   Service here has gone downhill fast recently. I'm either getting wrong prescription or someone else's. Trying to get them on the phone is a night mare. Procedures need to be looked at. A previous review gave 5 stars 2 years ago. That would be when Emma was there. She was excellent and very professional.
