   Awful and incompetent service but in particular from one member of staff in the pharmacy - Wanda (not sure if this is the correct spelling). She induces so much anxiety in people when having to deal with her; she’s so passive (at times) aggressive and argumentative. This pharmacy always get the prescriptions wrong and when you call to sort it out, she becomes so aggressive. Use anywhere else, anywhere at all.

   This is one of the worst chemist i have used . Never got your medicine ready and the staff are very cheeky and dont let you talk always talking over you. Or lose your prescription and you have to go to your doctors and order it again which takes longer . They dont take responsibility for anything.I DO NOT RECOMMEND this chemist go anywhere else.

   Relocated back 15 months ago I chose to use this as my regular Chemist as my Father has used it for yrs with no issues. Personally I've always found anyone I've spoken to helpful and pleasant. I personally find it unbelievable GP's are still unable to give appts but Chemists have worked with everyone who came to the Pharmacy throughout Pandemic. On top of that Pharmacists seems to be taking on more roles that GP's used to do but are they given the same support from the NHS? I would assume not as they are not NHS. Outsourcng "services" when there seems to be no improvement at GP's makes me wonder what they do. For eg. I had bad ear last year, trip to Chemist, 15 mins = advice and ear drops. Not allowed to go to GP's (still not) unless I have appt, spent week and half just trying to get through to speak to a Doc! Sorry for long post but had to get my point across.

   Had to change from getting my prescription at this chemist to another one in town due to staff member with horrible attitude towards me anytime I went into collect my meds. The anxiety and stress they caused me every month was unacceptable.
