   After speaking to Dee and Indy I am elated that they have taken my complaints about noise seriously and have done their utmost best to address the issue with the person concerned. Dee was incredibly professional and very attentive and listened to me and took my concerns very seriously. It was very evident whilst speaking to Dee that she is a senior respected member of staff who is incredibly experienced. If Dee is not a senior member of the team then I believe that she should be promoted to a senior position. Dee was very polite and the most important thing was she LISTENED to me and took me seriously. Thank you so much Dee and Indy. I am very grateful for your kindness and support.
