I have struggled to find life insurance and was quite upset about this, Peter was great and managed to find me some protection, he was really understanding, patient and kind. Update after reading other reviews: I use to work in sales of all kinds and now working in Wellness and Leisure industry. It's not easy to meet everyone's desires and needs where ever we work. How hard we all try to find the best deal, the best treatment the best offer to satisfy every single person that comes in front of us it's simply impossible to make everyone happy. The worst job is working with people because there is always someone being extremely selfish and demanding impossible. When speaking over the phone with the clients there is always some technical issues or interruptions that sound like "we lost connection" but if we all give a bit of time to deal with important things as insurance is, not while driving or being disoriented by anything....everything would go smoother and clients would be happier after all understanding precisely what they are going for. Once again I must thank you, Mr Lyndon Head, for taking almost 2h of our time and explaining to me precisely all details so that I can choose easy what I want. I wouldn't want it differently.

Knowing nothing about Life Insurance, Lisa made the process smooth and easy to follow. She made sure I understood her at every stage of the process and gave multiple options for me to choose which best suited my needs. She was warm and friendly and made the experience enjoyable, even though the topic is heavy and sensitive.
This broker is rubbish. They do not do their due diligence in checking out the insurer who they recommend to their client. I took out income protection with shepherds friendly who did everything possible not to pay out the claim. I do not recommend this broker as they started to ignore my emails after I complained.
