Great ski experience. Enthusiastic instructors who took time to help my beginner 7 year old to ski. She was nervous at first but became so confident, she was happy to do the steep run herself several times after only her 4th visit. It's a great local place to learn to ski. Even I had a go, and managed it! Thank you Oakwood Ski!

I absolutely love the Oakwood! The gym is great for all ages, and I go with my friends all the time for classes, workouts, and fun activities like skiing, ringo, and high ropes. It’s an amazing place for birthdays or a full day out. The café has a gorgeous view and great food, and the staff are so friendly and helpful. If you go regularly, it really starts to feel like a community.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I learnt to ski as a beginner many years ago here. It's a great place to revise skiing skills in preparation for a holiday. There is a beginner and advanced slope. I think that the recreational skiing rate is very reasonable. The facilities do look a bit tired but they're functional and work! I liked the fact that they had an electronic calendar which meant you could change your booking last minute.

We've used the Oakwood team for two children's parties now and they're absolutely brilliant. The team are great with the children, the facilities are fantastic, the food is excellent, the organisation, flexibility and efficiency both beforehand and on the day are faultless and the activities are healthy, sporty and fun. Even the kids' food is delicious. Can't recommend highly enough.

Came for kids party - 8yr olds. Sledging down the slopes for an hour. The kids had fun. Vegan pizza provided for those who require it and there is not only food but a bar too.

We have been using Sandown Ski for weekly lessons for both our kids for 8 years and tuition is excellent. The cafe is also great.
