My son started with VarsaniTKD in September 2021. He loved it immediately. Then at age 51 I decided to give it a go, first with the adult fitness class and then with actual graded classes. I am addicted, I try to attend 4 times a week! Up until now exercise was not my thing but these classes are fun, with huge amounts of discipline instilled and a great workout for all ages and abilities. Would totally recommend it.
