We are first time buyers, and Steven was always very clear and responsive, he answered our emails quickly and explained all our concerns in a way that was easy to understand. He also took the time to call us whenever we had questions. Even when he was fully booked with appointments, he still made the effort to phone me and talk through everything, which we truly appreciated. His advice was objective and focused on what was best for us, and it really helped us make the right decision.    Me and my fiancee are in the process of buying our first property and the service provided by First Mortgage has been outstanding. Every step of what was initially quite a daunting process was made manageable by Tom and Anna through a series of meetings, phone calls and emails. Any questions we had (and there were quite a few!) were answered promptly and the process of gathering documents was made clear and worry-free by their expert guidance.
