    Always wanted to retry fencing after getting a taste at PGL as a junior schooler (I good at it!). Googled my local one, and SP stood out. So, I booked online a taster session. Upon arrival, they asked where my child is, to my confusion and embarrassment, I booked a kids' taster session! Club manager Pete was so friendly, warm and accommodating, he gave me a club tour knowing I made this trek in vain & a swift refund. Nice to see it was accessibility friendly and para-olympians not treated differently. Then, just for me, Pete arranged an Adult Taster session, though they had no plans for hosting one for a long while. My instructor Olga, an Olympian, was fantastic and took our vids/pics too! Equipment & gear are all provided. Alas, though this trial activity was fun, it was not for me (no longer a flexible kid lol) it was well worth the £20 experience.
