   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve had such a great experience training here. The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and always make the classes fun and engaging. Whether you’re a complete beginner or more experienced, they create an encouraging environment where everyone can improve at their own pace. I’ve not only learned effective self-defence skills, but also noticed a real boost in my fitness, confidence, and focus. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, and it feels like a real community.    My daughter attended Reflect martial arts for several years and loved it. The staff are incredibly kind and focus on so much more than athletic performance: there is a huge focus kn values and behaviour which are essential learnings for the children. The belt gradings were always very well organised and extremely moving for parents to attend. I would definitely recommend this martial arts class to anyone looking for a wholesome and serious environment to learn in.

   We have been coming to CKD for the past 4 years. It has been the best experience for my now 9 year old who has developed incredible confidence. The school goes over and beyond to encourage their students and even go the extra mile to create fun events like todays Halloween event where the children can also bring a friend! The instructors were all fabulously dressed and created an amazing Halloween theme with lots of games and fun for the children. They all enjoyed themselves so much.    The best decision I made as a parent was signing my 7 year old daughter up for Reflect CKD. Miss Dickson and her team are very professional and teach the kids discipline and to be respectful. Ariana has really come out her shell since joining and is very confident in speaking up. Her performance in school has also improved. Whats more reassuring for me as a mom was to hear her say 'I can now stand up for myself at school when people are mean to me'. I recommend CKD to any family thinking about joining.    One of the many reasons why i love the CKD team led by the amazing Miss Dickson is my 5yr old daughter’s confidence has grown so much, she is now on her 3rd belt in 7 months. I also like that you can be in contact with any member of the team and they take your feedback on board and act upon it where possible. The whole team is a credit to themselves aswell as Miss Dickson and i look forward to watching my daughter attend many classes as possible in the future and beyond!! LETS GO CKD!

   I have been here for 7 years and I have now had to leave due to my busy schedule for GCSE’s , but I will miss it. For young or old, it’s enjoyable and gets you fit. It’s realistic in terms of how you can defend yourself in real life. I wholeheartedly recommend and I hope everyone gets the same experience I did.

   We joined Reflect CKD as a family a year ago and have been making steady progress through our grades. CKD enabled our 7 year old to confidently defend herself when a classmate tried to punch her. The very first technique you learn is a defensive block. Miss Dickson is an inspirational teacher, and all the instructors are brilliant role models. They demonstrate the CKD values of Humility, Gentleness, Integrity, Perseverance, Self Control, and Unbreakable Spirit. The classes are just as relevant and helpful for nimble children as overweight forty-something blokes like myself. Everyone is very welcoming, the training is supportive and progressive and appropriate for every age and skill level, and the movements lead to better flexibility and overall health.
