Certainly! Here's an expanded version: "Samba School has proven to be an exceptional environment for my daughter, providing her with valuable opportunities to grow as a player. Through the unique framework of futsal, she has harnessed the advantages of this fast-paced, skill-focused game to significantly enhance her close control, which is a fundamental skill for any aspiring football player. Futsal's emphasis on quick decision-making and tight ball handling has allowed her to develop a better sense of space and improved her agility on the ball. She now demonstrates greater confidence in her dribbling and passing, which has been crucial for her overall gameplay. Max and Fernando have played a pivotal role in her development. Their coaching methods are not only effective but also inspiring; they create a positive and encouraging atmosphere that motivates the players to push their limits. Their focus on individual skill development, along with teamwork principles, has helped my daughter to not only improve her abilities but also enjoy the game more fully.

Our son (now aged 8) really thrived thanks to the support of the Samba Soccer coaches at Harris Academy Peckham. He learnt new skills, new techniques, and more importantly, he built up his confidence and resilience. The coaches are friendly but firm, and build strong relationships with each individual participant. The focus on developing a new skill each week really sets aside Samba Soccer from all of the other football activities we booked for our son, and he still proudly keeps his pile of Player of the Session cards on full view.

My son attended Samba Soccer School at St Faith’s School for almost one year. Pros: 1-Excellent customer service : always helpful, responsive, and never a problem. They even allowed me to switch from outdoor to indoor during the winter, which was very convenient. 2-Each class focuses on a different skill, helping children gradually understand how to control the ball. 3-Coaches are supportive and make an effort to engage children, even when they are struggling. Cons: 1- Even within the same age group, there is a wide range of ability levels. This can be challenging β€” less experienced children may struggle to develop, while more advanced players may feel they are not progressing (which is not the case). 2- There was too much turnover of coaches. Frequent changes are not ideal, especially when new coaches do not know the children. At times, coaches grouped kids simply by height, which meant that smaller but more skilled players ended up training with younger and less experienced groups. This seems to happen because there were no detailed records of each child’s progress available for new coaches. Conclusion: I would recommend Samba Soccer School for younger children (around 4 years old) or those having their very first contact with football. However, if your child already has some experience, there are likely better options available in the area. When we chose the one-year plan, we didn’t know much about other local clubs, and looking back, there may have been more suitable alternatives.

My 7 year old son took private lessons at Samba with Ade. Ade is amazing! My son gained so much confidence and learned amazing soccer skills. My son was beginner level and he fell in love with soccer because of Ade. Ade really cares about the kids and treats all kids no matter the level with the same care. My son also went to the Samba holiday camp and had a great time. The coaches are really kind, caring and very patient. If you have a child that needs confidence and support to learn soccer, Samba is the place.
