   I am so glad I found Scott to help us sort out our mortgage. He has been our one saving grace in this whole process. Having never bought in the UK previously Scott explained so much to us. I spent a good few hours on the phone to him asking questions but also chatting, Scott's so easy to get along with and I never once felt like he was trying to push me into anything or sell me something. He was always on hand to help, even in the face of sickness and family issues (we all have them!). He absolutely took the stress out of getting a mortgage, and even went on to sort our contents insurance at an excellent price. I cannot recommend Scott highly enough.

   Would recommend Scott any day! His customer service skills are excllent and he is approachable and friendly guy. He turned something very overwhelming into a breeze. Scott's communication throughout was outstanding and he kpet us up to date throughout the remortgage process. I particularly appreciated how he took time to explain everything in common language (as usually advisors lose me with all of the corporate chat). I cannot recommend him enough and will be utilising his services again in a few years when we remortgage to extend our home.

   I had a great experience working with Scott to complete the purchase of my first home. As a first time buyer the process was initially overwhelming but with Scott's expertise and knowledge everything went really smoothly. I really appreciated that he took the time to fully explain all of my potential options in depth. I felt well informed when I was making the decision on the mortgage I selected which I'm really grateful to Scott for as it's not every day you make such a large decision. Communication from Scott was excellent throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend his services.

   Scott sorted out my mortgage for my. We property. I was going to be eligible for the one of the big banks. Never the less, he done amazing research and presented me with lots of options and recommendations. Despite not being eligible for one of the big banks, he got me a great deal / interest rate. Scott was very responsive throughout the process, over email, phone call and what’s app, which was great when you’re working, buying and selling a house! During the anxious wait of your mortgage being approved, he kept me updated, even checking the progress of my application when he was on away for the weekend. Unlike other mortgage advisors I’ve used, I did not need to chase him up or hassle him. He was extremely productive and proactive. Thanks Scott!
