    I had been thinking about taking up BJJ for a while, but was worried that I was too old or that my pre-existing injuries would mean I was unable to. But I was put onto Pat and Triccs academy and I have to say, I have loved every minute of it and I wish I had started younger. I have been doing the fundamentals classes and am really impressed by the knowledge and experience of all the coaches - Pat, Joe and Ollie. They have taken my age and injuries into account and considering I am almost 40, can happily say that I am training in a totally different way, getting incredibly fit, strong and perhaps most importantly, am learning new skills and being challenged every single week. I can't recommend it highly enough.

    If you've always wanted to get in to Jiu jitsu, this is the place. a year ago I finally plucked up the courage to get up off my butt and get involved, having looked around and hours of looking at different Jiu Jitsu club websites I settled on Triccs Academy and I am glad I did. The Fundamental/Beginners classes that are run at JAGs North Dulwich were a perfect introduction into the world of Jiu Jitsu, with friendly training partners and terrific Coaches, who not only make you feel welcome, but also help push and encourage you on your Jiu Jitsu Journey, whether you are wanting to compete at a high level in Jiu Jitsu (competitions), training for self defense purposes or just wanting to get fit, look no further this is the club for you. The only BAD thing I can say about Triccs Academy is... once you start attending you wont be able to stop, be prepared for it take over your life, my name is Shameer and I am a Triccs Jiu Jitsu holic.... don't wait any longer get signed up.
