   Not a very pleasant experience. I went to B and M Express stores on Tulketh Street, Southport. When I entered the stores the young man at the checkout counter was talking to a lad and they told me I have 2 minutes only. The shop's closing time is 6 pm and it was 5.43 pm. I was the only customer I could see. I didn't go inside but walked out. Both men started laughing. Why would B & M not want customers in their shops? Vetting of employees is very crucial for any business. Wrong type of employees can easily sink the business I would say.

   Still call it herons, but it's great lots of great bargains. Well, it's worth a visit and it has quick parking outside. Stay with the car as Southport is plagued with over-zealous parking attendants.

   Has always been a friendly shop.
