   We are so grateful to Mark and Kathryn for helping us secure a mortgage and secure our own property after almost 7 years of trying due to our peculiar case. When I was first referred to Mark, I was a bit skeptical because of previous disappointments. We had the first conversation and I told him our situation(my husband working abroad, me not working fulltime and not so great credit, he assured me it was fine). At a point when I didnt hear from him I got so worried thinking it had happened again, but I guess that time he was behind the scenes to ensure it all worked out, and so one Friday morning, I text, apologising for being a bother but needed some update so we knew where we were at that point, the next words I read were words we had been hoping to hear. The words were 'congrats thats the decision in principle approved, you will get an email shortly. You can now start looking for your house". From then on it took about 8 weeks or even less to get our keys, I am actually typing this review from our new home and I want to say a big thank you to Mark and his team and our angel Marie Johnstone of Wilson Property group who introduced us to Mark. I will totally recommend them. Thank you for being so helpful and carrying us along every step of the way. We are so grateful. We have started 2023 as home owners because you ensure it happened.    extremely poor service level and massive lack of communication. I was repeat customer but had to go somewhere else for mortgage due to lack of care also customers are just treated as number rather than someone is actually buying home and possibly the biggest purchase in their life. cost me thousands due to the wrong advice and also couldn't get me mortgage . went with someone else and had mortgage offer in 3 weeks. best to stay away
