Jo at Aquatots on Wednesdays is fantastic! She’s great with the kids and makes the lessons fun and engaging. Highly recommend!
I swim with my child at Aquatots.The teachers are fantastic and the sessions are really fun with a good level of progressive skills being taught. My child started at 3 months old and we haven’t looked back.She is now doing the child levels and having loads of fun with the underwater scooters and learning rescue skills. I would recommend Aquatots to anyone asking.
Really unhappy with the service we received through aquatots. The facilities are not fantastic. The pool is not kept particularly clean and the changing areas just aren't up to standard. Their unique selling point is that they offer underwater photography which sounds like a great idea. Their photos on their site look fantastic but the ones we received were of terrible quality. The pool water was cloudy (dirty?) and the pictures were out of focus. The sessions themselves were very basic, nothing you couldn't do yourselves if you take your child to a local swimming pool. When speaking to customer services, I was offered a voucher for a free session but this is almost insulting. Why would I want to go back?
