   48 hours to get my medication ready every time I go and pick up my medication up there's always something they have to order they say come back the next day I've got asthma i only get one inhaler a month I need my inhaler every day morning and night it lasts right up till I get my new inhaler and they this pharmacy told me I'd have to wait till the next day afternoon time disgusting I told the woman I haven't got an inhaler I need it desperately she told me there's nothing can they do because it needs to be ordered I had to go and borrow an inhaler of a family member something needs to be done about this pharmacy some one isn't doing there job properly it's every month something of my medication list missing

   All the staff are a bit off Think the manager the girl with glasses she wears ear piece There has been numerous times she has followed me around the store I have asked her about eyebrow stuff and her reaponse was rude and not helpful. There is a security guard who just follows you around and just looks at you I have not had anybody do it ever but only in superdrug Girl who does threading looks at you almost through you if you look back at her she will stil keep looking And i have never seen her with a client. She shouldn't be in a job if she can't get any body to go there she wants to work on her customer service skills The woman who serves you is like she can't believe your paying service it is strange, I can't bare the shop and only go there if I really need to last option cos the strand has been rotting away for years and hardly no shops there.

   Prices are good Great selection of affordable cruelty free cosmetics such as ELF and Barry M Superdrug's own brand of deodorant, toothpaste and mouthwash are also not tested on animals.

   I have to be HONEST!! The Manageress in superdrug is rude ! She kept me and my disabled husband who has a buggy waiting for a guess for my medication!! I was waiting well over 20 minutes but we waited! I remember they were laughing and joking that I don't have an issue with! But the Manageress asked me about my medication when I said it was HRT she looked at me as if to say you don't need that! And when I told her the reasons why she said I don't need to know your life story and I couldn't believe it.and she slammed my medication on the counter second time we went in for my husbands medication and she kept us waiting for my husbands medication well over 20 minutes and I heard the Manageress say oh you better get Mrs Rayner her medication straight away or she will kick off! With was a total ex saturated because all I did was say excuse me how long will my husbands medication be you said it was going to be 300pm it was ready I said it's well over that and she said it again but she keeps giving me the dirty I had a stroke when I was 9 and I've had a lot off physiotherapy and speach therapy I was 9 at the time I'm almost 40 now all I ask for is a bit of kindness and a a bedside manner!! Every time I go in she gives me daggers! It feels like from the moment I stepped in there she already didn't like based on the the way I look!! That'd the reason I and my husband don't like going in there we avoid going in there unless we really have to! Like for our medication! The last manager was alot nicer and alot kinder! And he didnt judge people as they say DOnT JUDGE A BOOK By ITS COVER!!!! Andshe never smiles at me she always looks like she's going to go off on one she always looks mad! Ashley is always always lovely and kind and helpful and kind he should be manager!

   Went into this store Monday at 11.30 to put a prescription in despite 10 people being behind the pharmacy counter was left standing there for over10 minutes while they chatted and joked with each other knowing myself and another customer who came in after me were waiting,, walked out went to boots across the square, was in and out within 10 minutes with my filled prescription,,

   Would of been 5 stars but unfortunately the hair dye I wanted which there were 5 boxes of unfortunately only 2 had dye in. Not necessarily staffs fault but such an inconvenience. Staff were shocked and apologetic when I pointed it out but not one of them offered to check stock to see if there was any more or advise when more would be in.
