The best MMA gym in London. Loved the atmosphere and approach of the coaches. I haven’t been lately due to health reasons but I will certainly be going back soon. Thank you to all the coaches ❤️❤️

Great place for training BJJ, Muay Thai, MNA. Super atmosphere, very friendly and inclusive. Great for kids and adults with plenty of sessions. Excellent coaches that are supportive at any level. Women's only sessions are also available on Saturday's.

Phenomenal classes and an absolutely great learning environment. My child loves the classes and can't wait to tell me all about their experience. The coaches are very patient and knowledgeable. The adult classes are great for people at all levels too. I would highly recommend training here if you want to keep fit and learn practical martial arts.

My daughter was attending this club for 4 months. Initially I was very uncomfortable with the level of close interaction the technique required to learn jujitsu. but my partner assured me that it was a good decision to sick at it as my daughter lacks confidence and self defence is a tool to have in general. Boy do I regret this. She told me she was spoken to rudely by staff and screamed at and left feeling very sad pretty much every week. I brought it up to the head coach Darius who was very rude and blamed it on my child’s personality instead of attempting to resolve the issue I was told to leave and find another club. Not professional at all, I was taken back and completely let down and instantly regretted encouraging my daughter to stick at it. Please parents be very observant and listen to your children.

Brilliant martial arts club for kids and adults. There are some amazing fighters. Really good mix of girls and boys. Even for older teenage girls. Highly Recommended. A real gem in the area

Great inclusive club for everyone any age any ability. I have signed up my 7 years old daughter and 10 years old son last year and they both love it. Coaches are great including the younger generation, which are great motivators for little ones. It is lovely community and parents are also very friendly. The gym is located near Highams park Tesco and has a carpark and also parking spaces outside the grounds.

It’s the coaches that make a club special and the coaches here are exceptional! My 2 children have been attending this club for a year now and their BJJ development has been outstanding. The coaches have built their confidence and more importantly made them feel like they belong to a team - this is what gets my 2 out of bed at 8am on a Saturday morning. Highly recommend this club *****

My 11 year old son loves this club and has really progressed in the 5 years he has been attending. Great way to keep fit and have fun. It's also 2 hours parent free time on a Saturday morning win win
