   Our experience with this swim school has been extremely disappointing. My son was repeatedly ignored during his lesson and left feeling excluded, which is completely unacceptable. The staff also seemed unsure about which class he was even assigned to, leaving us with no confidence in their organisation. The email communication that followed showed little to no concern for my son’s experience and focused almost entirely on renewing our enrolment rather than addressing the issues we raised. This made it clear to me that our child’s wellbeing was not a priority. Given the lack of attention, poor communication and overall disregard for our concerns, I would not recommend this swim school. It was a waste of both time and money.

   My infant daughter started her lessons Bobbin Babes this term and absolutely loves them. She has no fear of the water, the games, songs, toys and techniques they use are brilliant. Highly recommend.

   I’m really disappointed with the level of customer service at Bobbins Babes. My son had been attending classes for over a year and generally enjoyed them (Swim instructor Kate was amazing). However, after a short period of illness, he developed a fear of getting back into the pool. As a result, he refused to participate in the first class of the new term, for which I had already paid in full. I informed Sam about the situation and reached out three times to ask whether the payment could be credited, carried over, or applied to a future term. Unfortunately, all of my messages were seen but completely ignored. I found this extremely rude and unprofessional. Even a simple acknowledgment or response would have been appreciated. I understand policies can be in place, but when customer concerns are dismissed without any communication, it reflects poorly on the values of the business. It’s very disappointing to pay for a service and receive no support or basic courtesy in return.

   My two older children swam with Bobbin Babes and both thoroughly enjoyed learning to swim with BB. When I had my third child I decided to enrol her with a school closer to our home...big mistake. She absolutely hated it, clung to me every lesson and dreaded being 'dunked' (which they did on multiple occasions). I decided to go back to BB and after one lesson my daughter is relaxed in the pool and loving her lessons. The teachers are BB are fantastic, they let children progress at their own pace and don't push them to do anything they're not comfortable with. The classes are fun and engaging and the facilities are amazing. I don't know why I ever decided to try somewhere else, I'm so pleased to be back at BB!

   Have been coming to Bobbin Babes with my children for the last 2 years, and 4 years previously with my eldest son, beautiful set up, clean and comfortable environment for everyone, lessons are themed each week and very well planned. My children look forward to coming every week, my 2 daughters have additional needs and they have both been accommodated by their teachers in an exceptional way. Couldn't recommend enough!!

   We have been taking our little boy to Bobbin Babes since he was 3 months old and its amazing. Laura is fantastic and has always been such a comfort and encouraging for us as first time parents and also for our little boy who absolutely loves his swimming because of these sessions. The pool is lovely and warm, the classes are small and the atmosphere is nice and relaxed which makes it a great experience every week. We would highly recommend Bobbin Babes! Vicki, Dave and Cálaeb
