Excessive premium increases from £260 2025 to £494 in 2026 on home / contents Insurance with no explanation or claims made. Shopped online and found the same cover for £183. Beware and check before renewal. I would not recommend this company!
AVOID AVOID AVOID. Cancelled insurance without notice. Found an imaginary “multi vehicle collision” on the “system” then cancelled without time to challenge this factually incorrect information. Now owe me money for insurance cover I paid for and have no received. Fraud on an industrial scale.
Be prepared to wait 30 minutes to speak with someone when wedsite is not a suitable option.
