What a lovely experience at superdrug. Visited Boots first as its a pharmacy for post op dressing. Nothing on the shelves so asked for advice and the only advice was use clingfilm. The lady in Superdrug was so helpful and very friendly. Thank you so much

Awful experience. Staff extremely rude (older women) poor customer service, wrong information given regarding a refund, which then had to be sorted out via head office. Staff need customer service training! More professionalism whilst dealing with customers at the cash register required instead of gossiping about what they watched on t.v the night before!
Electrical Items place without clear price. Second time bought fragrance in a month and their seems to be no knowledge of products at all even the basics. Lovely staff being let down by poor systems would be my guess.

Great store with plenty of friendly and helpful staff. Many items to choose from! Sells make up as well as all types of skin care solutions. Also this particular store usually has good deals on many of its products for prices that are very accessible Located just a few minutes away from a bus station it is very accessible. Also offers a loyalty card system that you can use each time you shop there in order to build up points or even win your shop for free!
