Roza threaded my eyebrows this afternoon. Not only did she do a great job she was really good with my son who was with me. She gave him a sticker and made him feel very special.

Great shop with lots of variety. The only thing is that the cash point is so narrow and even worse if someone is in front of you being served. My Mum has a walking aid and struggled to get through. It was impossible when someone else was also paying that, then held up the rest of the line.
One easy store to get most beauty products and make up. Facials, hair, all make up accessories. Although, I couldn't get the standard blush set I wanted, but lippies, powders, foundations, eye shadows and all are there. It is a nice store.
Shopped here may 23rd spent £75.00 pound 2 items where the essi nail polish range returned for more shopping today may 28th realised these nail polish were buy 2 get 1 free I didn't get this offer on Sunday partly my fault I mentioned this today to the cashier as it cost me another 10 pound to buy another of this brand polish as a suggestion to point these offers out to customers your assistant replied with it was not her as she was not in Sunday and a lot of the Sunday staff don't know what they are doing poor customer service
Nothing is too much trouble for the manager and staff, in fact they go out of their way to be helpful and pleasant. Easy to find what I need, clean and displays always well stocked. Excellent value, especially with my beauty card.
I wish I'd started shopping here instead of Boots much sooner. The products are always great value & there's a huge range, everything you could want. The shop itself is clean and bright & easy to get around, and the staff are helpful when you need them.
staff look like they're counting down the hours until they can go home. one of the male staff looked at me like i'd just insulted his whole family. i always choose boots now, the staff are happier, the uniforms are nicer and the store looks brighter.
