A very sorry excuse for a lounge. Filthy, with food and crumbs all over the floor, almost everywhere. Men’s toilets out of order. Disabled toilet without soap or tissues, but plenty of flies to keep you company :) Quiet area closed off while staff used it themselves. Food selection was exceptionally poor - overcooked pasta, and an attempt at a chicken curry. All looked very unappetising. Pancake machine also out of order. Cool white lighting throughout just adds to the very sad atmosphere. Oh and not to forget the worrying 4 drink limit - not sure who this would be for?! Avoid if you can!

We used this before a 3pm flight on 24/10/15. I had pre booked using Priority Pass (this cost £12 to prebook on top of using the passes). We got there at around 12:30 and there was a sign downstairs and by reception saying they were fully booked so not accepting walk-ins. The man on reception was pleasant. I had printed out our confirmation so just handed it over and he let us in. When we went in, I would say about 2/3 of the tables were filled. We had some nice lunch (chicken curry and rice), for snacks there were a few bits but not very much. Was surprised that there were no crisps or biscuits. We were given a voucher for 4 drinks each which was more than enough. They had a decent selection of drinks however not premium as I would probably expect from a lounge (Gordons Gin). You could buy a bottle of Prosecco for £35. The atmosphere was quite good, had a lovely view out to the runway. The toilets were absolutely revolting both times I went in. Toilet stalls left dirty with no toilet roll, sinks were a mess and just generally stinky. This was really very disappointing. By around 2:15 when we were leaving, the place was almost deserted (photo attached). I was very surprised to see that the ‘fully booked’ sign was still up… Not sure how they’re getting away with this. It gave the impression that the staff couldn’t really be bothered managing entry. Overall, would recommend if you’re looking for somewhere quiet to sit and a few drinks but only if you have one of the passes.

Why didn’t we do this before? The Upper Deck at Glasgow Airport is fantastic. The staff are amazing, they're helpful, friendly, and genuinely go out of their way to make the experience easy. While there’s a cost, it more than pays for itself compared with eating at the restaurants, since food and drinks are all included. Add in the comfortable, spacious setting, and it’s a no-brainer. Definitely our go-to whenever we’re flying from Glasgow Airport from now on!

Absolutely fantastic lounge and got us off to a great start. Great breakfast choice - sausages were amazing. Staff were lovely and friendly too. I wasn’t sure what to expect but this lounge really exceeded my expectations.

A clean, tidy medium sized lounge. 4 alcoholic drinks limit per person. Well stocked bar with named brands. Good range of hot food. Comfortable experience. Takes Priority Pass with no extra charge. Would visit again.

Really nice staff particularly Angie and Mags who gave us a good laugh. Not a massive selection but enough for everyone. Couple of sandwich choices, soup, nuts, olives and crisps. Tenants on draught. Got it on a deal, unsure if I would pay full price for it. Spotlessly clean, plenty of seating.

Not as good as I was expecting comfort wise. Not much in the way of big comfy sofas all occupied the ones that were there more just table and chair restaurant style. Food was ok and the drinks…. Would I do it again? I don’t think so.

Very poor now, was handed x4 paper drink vouchers on our arrival. Sat for 20mins at a table covered in crumbs & empty glasses, eventualy had to go and ask a member of staff if they would please clean our table. The seats were all stained with trampled in food & crumbs stuck into the material. Then theres the lack of choice at the bar of any sparkling wine. It was at an extra cost £15 per bottle. However there is red & white wine. Limited choice of spirits on offer so I asked for a lager topps only to be told they dont do cocktails.... Would avoid this place now. Wont be back loads of better lounges around the world that do it so much better. Its feels very cheap to cap drinks & snacks as your only there for a limited time. My advice spend your money in a bar & pay as you go. At least there cleaned regularly.

Bliss and quiet, good selection of food on an early morning also drinks and alcohol available before 10am so glass of wine after breakfast and before boarding. Staff very friendly and the place is pristine definitely worth the few quid for a bit of peace and quiet and to avoid the bustle of food courts down stairs. Everything complimentary and view of the planes kept the children happy for a couple of hours

A welcome surprise!! I’d been steering clear of the “other” glasgow lounge for years, after several mediocre to bad experiences with this lounge’s previous iterations. However I have to say that the experience of the (not so new) Upperdeck Lounge was a welcome one. + Big open and spacious + Variety of seating and positions with a view + New, Clean and Very tartan upolstery + The food was great, and snacks and drinks great. + Check in process seamless - Shame the champagne isn’t included… - few vegan options (based on morning travel)
