    Flu appointment booked. Pharmacist was sat in the consulting room on her own, yet was still 25minutes late to give the vaccine. Also managed to see the man who booked a time slot ten minutes after mine first so my appointment was actually 35 minutes late.

    Less collections compared to plas coch.. went to buy ‘ordinary’ products, couldnt find and even staff was not sure about where its placed. Otherwise staffs were nice and friendly.

    I would first like to note the pharmacist assistant was lovely and really tried to help the situation. However, the actual Pharmacist was very abrupt and rude when asking for my address I explained that I had recently moved and had changed the address but it must not have updated. I explained that I had ID on me that I could show, to which he then rudely spoke down to me asked for my dob and hand me my medication which he need enough threw over the counter. Very unhappy with the service I received I will be changing pharmacy.
