   I've had multiple dealings with Daiwa directly over the years and they are superb. I've had spares delivered easily and quickly, new parts easily sourced and delivered (a lot less than through shops). And the top of the tree, having a Emblem Spod reel body break on me for Daiwa to receive the item and have it back to my door in 5 working days FREE OF CHARGE! They could have charged me, with me being happy to be charged with the very fair price they gave initially. But this just emphasizes how they look after customers! Daiwa rods, Daiwa reels, I will always view these higher than other brands for the extremely simple and fair experience you have with the company, after your initial purchase.

   Had a problem with a Certate reel. Spoke to a real human on the phone and discussed what needed doing. Sent it to Daiwa, they called back as there was something else they noticed. Sorted it, sent it back, all in 4 days. Fabulous service, can't fault them.

   Fantastic customer service. Bought a pair of neoprene chest waders for the winter, but they started leaking after six outings. Found small split in welt of boot. Probably a manufacturing fault. Replaced immediately and without any question.

   Got a diawa tournament BU MODEL love the pole best I have had light stiff strong until you get to the number 6 section there is clearly a weakness in the no 6 I take great care when using my pole but I am thinking of going to another manufacturer everyone I speak to say the Same so my advice stay away there is a 100% problem with the no6 section
