   Bought a pad for my son took it back as analoge was broke and they done a refund on my card they said take 3 to 5 days then as we went out the shop they ran out and said we have taken money of your card rather than refunding it absolute joke then I said that's your mistake don't want to wait 5 days for refund and they was very rude member of staff said o we done you a favour as there no visible damage we don't normally refund even though could clearly see analoge was broken and we had recipe and they was a old lady taken a laptop back by look of it seems like they don't check there goods as they seemed rude with her to I will definitely not be buying from there again I would not even rate this a 1 star they had poor customer service and blutanly rude personaly wouldn't shop here ever again

   The complaint isn't about the shop. But we was in there today 17 July 21 and a woman staff member Dora. So rude no customer service she looked fed up. When we asked for assistance she looked like she couldn't be bothered and her attitude was awful. The other staff are always fine it's just her she needs to learn how to treat people. It's put me of shopping there.

   I spoke with Stephen over the phone about a laptop and purchasing it via Click and Delivery. He was extremely helpful and gave me a product that met my requirements to search for. I couldn't find it on the website so he sent me an email link. I then paid for it online yesterday and it arrived today! Excellent advice, service and despatch. Thanks to Stephen!
