Attempted to buy a laptop from here online but for some reason I couldn't get through the process, therefore I called the store directly and the bloke on the other end was very helpful and attempted to assist me the best he could. In the end the issues persisted and so I made the decision to go in person. This would be a 2 hour round trip for me, but the staff member advised me he had removed the item from the website and reserved it for me in store. Great stuff. I got to the store and the purchase and exchange was quick and efficient and there were no issues. I returned back home, spent 30 minutes resetting the laptop to find the laptop I had bought was not as described. The advert had stated it was a 3060GPU when in fact it was a 3050ti. I was offered a substitution of £30 or return of item. I opted for keeping the item, which has been faultless so far. Albeit not the one I wanted. Overall 3/5 stars, staff interactions were good, however incorrectly labeling and selling a product as a better spec when it is in fact worse, is not really acceptable from such a place.
Had so many things I've bought from here and never had a problem. Popped in today and Georgia Owens was super helpful and lovely to chat to too. I explained what I wanted and she went above and beyond to help. Would 100% recommend going and I will definitely be returning.

What joke off store. Made us drive 30 mins with 100 items to then tell us they only wnat 2 of each even though the advert was a bulk buy!!!! The manger didn't even come down to show its face she got one of her laccys (that address you by "bro") to tell us after we had carried the items 1/4 to the store by hand!!!! Absolutely disgraceful running of this store. Its absolutely STUNK of body odor when entering. I will NEVER go in this store again.
I've visited the store for many years and its always been a pleasant experience. The Staff are friendly and have helped answer many questions about technology. I've never to date had a Faulty purchase from the store which is quite something for second hand things like phones or laptops. All in all 5*-5*'s
