   Had a full fitting for new ski boots and was super impressed with the whole experience. Scott spent time explaining everything, measuring, trying on different, and fitting the foot bed (moulded to my foot) and shaping the boot liner so it was a great fit. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend a visit if you're looking for new ski boots

   This was my first experience with Elis Brigham and the service and advice was outstanding. I booked an appointment with the boot fitting department and spoke with the guy for over half an hour. His patience and advice was second to none and although I didn't buy a boot at the time he gave me a couple of critical points to consider after which I'll be going back over the coming weeks to get a pair of ski boots. Definitely recommended.

   I came in to your store at Braehead to look for what I thought I needed, a pair of hiking boots with a good technology. I needed them to be able to accommodate my orthotic insoles. Chris V came to my rescue, after listening and looking at my insoles he directed me towards an everyday walking shoe Hoka anacarpa. Now I have had them a while they are fantastic and give me every thing I need to walk with confidence. The knowledge that Chris has is amazing and I would recommend friends and family to shop with you. Outstanding friendly qualified staff.

   Staff were pleasant but couldn't really help me get fitted because of a size issue, not their fault but I had to chase them up later for a definitive answer. For the future it would be helpful if you could specify on the booking email to 1) bring ski socks, 2) size range you do cater for, to avoid wasting everybody's time.

   I never normally write reviews but I thought I had to after my experience with Victoria in Ellis Brigham. From start to finish she was absolutely brilliant helping me find the perfect pair of ski boots, my feet are a weird shape so not many boots fit well but with Victorias expertise and patience we managed to find and then mold the perfect pair of boots for me! Great customer service, everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful, thanks very much
