    Bought a watch 8 months ago , it turned out to be faulty, I contacted the customer service via email and received a call from Lorraine who was great and advised me just bring it into the superstore next match day, well I couldn't make it to the store however a few days later I went I to the Clydebank store where I was served by Ian who had a look at the watch and showed me a similar one and exchanged it for me no problem, top job Hail Hail
