   Last time a longtime ago, I took my watch to sell in this place, it was damaged by a gentleman who couldn’t even speak English at all! Very disappointed I thought I won’t return back. However, I did yesterday afternoon to purchase a Lenovo laptop & I was served by a cool human being named Marcus & he’s an asset to the CashShop team in my honest view. I will not hesitate to sell or buy from this platform. Edit: I have now dealt with other staff members and they’re, Cristina, Samerabanu & Safura who have been extremely helpful, calm and honest. I have spoken to Samerabanu on the phone regarding an item, and she’s acting like a friend. When I requested if can return the item but, it’s clearly written on the receipt that says no return for some items. Then, she gave me a direction to sell the item to another shop. Not sure about some of the negative reviews on here, if you follow the rules, there’s absolutely nothing negative about this second hand store. Thank you for your attention to this matter!

   Website payment wasn’t an option so i was charged a month extra for collecting 1 day late and was told they were going to send it away to be sold even though i had called multiple times to let them know when i was coming to collect my item. Many better alternatives within a 5 minute walk. Also older indian man is very rude AVOID this place. Wasn’t like this a year ago gone downhill

   Terrible please avoid predejuice staff assuming my cheque is counterfeit because of being an ethnic minority stupid people made to wait 1 hour for nothing went to another shop process took less than 5 minutes please avoid terrible service and staff

   Would give 0 stars if there was an option. Charge late fees and now I’m due a refund haven’t even sorted it and it’s been a month. Wonder what would happen if I added late fees onto my refund. Keep getting promised to be called by a manager to sort this out never happens. Call in and the lady brushing it off saying don’t worry a manager will call. Thinking of taking the matter further as I have all the calls recorded, messages and paperwork regarding the whole matter

   I went to this shop to pawn one of my phone but the women who looked at the phone and she asked her manager who was standing beside her said there is a scratch inside when wasn't at all there was nothing wrong in the phone just because there was not a screen protector doesn't mean the phone was crack up. First the people who used worked in there was complete brilliant and the shop was doing so well that I felt like going back to them but now I don't like to step inside the shop as there are ignorant staff working down there what I say is bring the old people back inside the shop instead of new ones who working down there they don't know nothing and they are employed down there.i think the shop should close down or bring the old staff back where they are actually belong.

   I am very disappointed. So much worst than it was before. I don't know what criteria the recruitment manager follows when interviewing candidates but new staff is just terrible. Low level of English, zero knowledge of company's terms and conditions. Doesn't follow standard procedures. After 2 years of being a customer I am changing the Cash Shop
