The lessons will push you a little bit sometimes but in good way we all occasionally fail and other times we succeed but you will always be encouraged to do be better.    I started the classes here 4 years ago... honestly without a clue of what I was doing. I couldn't tell a Bachata from a Salsa even if my life depended on it!! Looking at me now, I can't believe it! Huge shout out to Thalia and Pedro, they are brilliant teachers with loads of patience! They have somehow turned me into someone who likes dancing and even some sort of keeping with the beat! The vibe is lovely and really welcoming, I've made some great friends here and even been able to travel together. Just to say, if you're thinking about it, give a class a go! I started having two left feet to loving every minute, so I am sure you'll have a great laugh and might discover you like dancing as I did.

   A cosy salsa and bachata community in the heart of Croydon. I moved to the area in September of 2024 and wanting to meet people decided to join a salsa class. What I met was a lovely group of people of all ages led by Thalia and Pedro taking us through the basics to intermediate steps of Cross Body Salsa (with the occasional cuban splash) as well as bachata. Over a year later and not only have a made some good friends, but I have taken the moves I gained to enjoy latin clubs across London. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to try something new, refresh your old skills, or just spend their Wednesdays with a lovely group in Croydon.

   If you're looking for dance lessons that are both affordable and excellent, you can't go wrong with Thalia and Pedro's salsa and bachata classes. These talented instructors have years of experience and an incredible amount of patience, making every student feel welcome and supported. The atmosphere is amazing, and even if you think you have two left feet, you'll find yourself dancing confidently in no time. Highly recommended!

   LatinFlow is an amazing community tucked in the heart of Croydon. A year ago I walked into a class knowing nobody there and only having done a single salsa taster 15 years before. One year on I have found lovely group of people who I look forward to seeing every week, and have had what I suspect will be a lifelong love of salsa fostered. Agnesa is an incredibly supportive teacher who takes you from absolute beginner to being confident with all of the basic steps, then hands you over to Thalia and Pedro who can guide you all the way up to expert standard. I cannot recommend this class highly enough.

   Now I work from home a lot I'm always looking for things to do in the evening in Croydon rather than near work in London. This fit the bill. I'm a clumsy, slow-learning and complete beginner but the teachers and other students were helpful and supportive, so I overcame my self-consciousness about this. I thoroughly enjoyed the class and I'll definitely be going along more often! Great atmosphere and a fun & cool thing to learn.

   All I can say is what a great experience! I was pulled along to the classes by the Mrs after work and all I can say is my attitude changed within 10 minutes of being there. The atmosphere is great, people are all friendly and the teachers are all very skilled at what they do. You'll have fun, build up a sweat and learn a new skill all at the same time! What's not to like? Will definitely be returning to these classes. Thanks again guys!!
