   Very disappointed with this branch with my recent visit 21/09/25 at 15:02. Customer service was poor and the place was dirty, especially the counter top. No tissues were provided, and when I asked, I was told they had run out – surely there should be extra in stock. For the price of the coffee and cakes, the standards need serious improvement. The cakes were also very dry.

   Misery guts serving! the actual place is disgustingly filthy ! Floor needs a good clean as do the tables chairs glass , everything in fact crumbs everywhere!! Tables are sticky just generally really unhygenic !

   Although this inside the Next fashion store, the layout is very good wrt Covid requirements. Also unlike other Costas nearly all people observing the wearing of Face coverings. Staff very friendly and helpful cleanliness is excellently applied. Nice relaxing place to sit and enjoy the food available and the excellent coffee.
