After being let down by another nursery, the staff here were so lovely and understanding of how we were feeling and offered to watch our daughter during their lunch break while we spoke to management. They were so professional and I am happy that our daughter is starting here in August.

Wouldn’t return £100 deposit even though we didn’t even visit or start the nursery. Provided 5 days advance notice of not wanting to proceed with placement as they couldn’t offer days we needed and couldn’t give a time parameter on how long the waiting list was to secure the day. We didn’t want to send our son to two separate nurseries.I would understand if we actually had a visit and proceeded with the placement. Will be taking further action.
