Took our wee Boo here for her 1st grooming and the girls were all fantastic, what an absolute perfect place your made very welcome it's friendly and relaxed professional aswell and oor wee dog looks beautiful what a finish we were very happy thanks ladies
Amazing experience today. First visit and everyone was incredibly welcoming. Bex is a cavalier pro groomer and it showed. Gatsby came home looking fab and his coat got the carding it so needed. What a difference when a groomer truly knows the breed. Highly recommended to all cavalier owners who worry about shave downs and ear trimming. All communication regarding his groom was triple checked down to my preferred level of toe fluff. If you prefer the natural cavalier look and have anxiety from a bad experience elsewhere this is where you need to go! Unless you ask for a shave or it's needed for health and welfare, I promise your cavalier will come home in full coat. Bichons and similarly coated dogs are another speciality. Regardless of breed I think you'll be very happy with the results.
Bear went in to get his first ever pamper session he's a lover of Mud and big mucky puddles, I didn't recognise him when he came out fresh and smelling better than his dad with his Jimmy Choo cologne lol Suzy done a great job with him and am proud that he sat and gave her kisses am surprised that he allowed her to dry him as he is scared of everything that makes a noise especially the hair dryer monster,that's true professionalism of Beautipets and Bear will be a regular now he's even been booked in for January, there is ample parking next to the shop and the cost to getting him pampered was very good cheaper than a good night out
I have had an amazimg journey and experience as a grooming student at Beautipets. Leah is phenominal, patient and her knowledge is incredable. My name for her, is the real Miss scissorhands. Just to watch her groom a dog is a treat in itself. Leah goes at your pace, and seems to know when you are ready for the next step. Shes a great emotional support and so encouraging. Michelle is a fantastic support and taught me so much about the booking system and dealing with clients. She was also a gr8 emotional support. Esp during the times I became frustrated with myself. She would remind me of how far i'd come, remind me of what I had learnt and tell me I was doing fantastic and not to worry, it all comes together. And it did. The entire team made me feel wecome. And were so encouraging and genuinely happy to see me progress. Now of I can do it anyone can.am a 56 yr old women and we are not so quick to learn as the young ones, but I got there in the 6 weeks and so can you. The following week I opened my own grooming Salon. I invited Leah and Michelle to officially open it for me. I cant thank you both and the team enough for everything x
